If you're stressing out about Christmas, why not have a look at Annie Cordy performing Kikadikadékado.

She looks busy, to say the least! Perhaps you don't have to do all those things. Skip the roller skates this year, for example.

I'm swatching with some new wool, Lucca Fino from BC Garn, and plan to make a vest based on Marianne Isager's design Honning/Honey.

Well, I'll be working Christmas night, so not so sure that will be relaxing. The day before and the day after should be quite mellow, though.

Thanks for that Christmas present, however, I enjoyed more Anita O'Day. I think this is such a lovely time of year and I wish you and all those you love a happy Christmas and all good things in 2010. Good luck with the swatching.

Mel: hope it won't be too hectic for you!

Tack detsamma, Ulla!

Thanks, Ron! The Christmas video is so weird just thinking about it makes me smile, so I couldn't resist a link - but Anita O'Day is the real thing.
I probably like O'Day best of all the singers I admire, although it's difficult to grade when they all have such different sounds, personalities and ways with melodies & words. Her or Billie Holiday first to me. (Then Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan and Monica Zetterlund. Then a lot of others!)

mildawg: of course I don't mind - thank you for you kind words!

Tack, Pinneguri! Han är egentligen inte min hund utan min mosters, men jag hör i alla fall till flocken.
